Who sees your document
FairWell's team only. We use AI tools to help prepare the review, then a person checks it before anything is sent to you. The file is stored with our website host so our team can open it.
How long we keep it
We keep your file only as long as we need it to prepare your review and, if you ticked the optional box, to copy out useful clauses with every name, place, number and date removed. Then we delete the original, usually within 90 days, or sooner if you ask. Anonymised clauses may be kept to help other families. Your document is never shared or sold.
