How it works

Who sees my listing?

Anyone visiting the FairWell directory, including clients who have completed a FairWell assessment and are actively looking for professional support. Listings are publicly searchable and jurisdiction-filtered.

How quickly does my profile go live?

Within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We do a brief verification check to confirm credentials before activating. You'll receive a confirmation email with your listing link.

Can I edit my listing after it goes live?

Yes. Log in to your FairWell account at any time to update your bio, contact details, tags, and availability status. Changes go live within a few hours.

What professions are accepted?

Family lawyers, mediators, parenting coordinators, arbitrators, CDFAs, therapists specialising in separation, realtors, business valuators, and mortgage brokers. If you work with separating couples and want access to better-prepared clients, you qualify.

Is this only for Canada?

No. FairWell serves both Canada and the United States. Listings are available for all Canadian provinces and territories and all US states.

What if I want to cancel?

Listings are annual. If you cancel before renewal, your profile is deactivated at the end of your current term. Contact hello@fairwell.ai with any questions.
