How it works

You send the request. It goes to one verified lawyer in your province or state who has told us they accept flat-fee FairWell reviews.

They reply within two business days with their fee (commonly $300 to $600 per person for a completed draft) and a time. If it doesn't suit, you can ask for another match.

You share the draft through your FairWell account. The lawyer reviews it, meets you, and if satisfied signs the certificate of independent legal advice.

Your partner does the same with a different lawyer. Both certificates attach to the agreement and you sign.
